Unlocking Life’s Complexity

Life is beautiful, yet with bundle of experiences, emotions, and thoughts. Sometimes it can get pretty complicated, right? But there’s a great thing I found, a kind of magic wand! That helps me to go through the low times of my life- Writing!

In this post, I want to share you my journey of journaling. Where I’ll share how I transform my thoughts from pen to paper or fingers to keyboard, which has become my faithful and trustworthy companion in my life.

There are times when emotions hit me hard, and thoughts took away my presence. As experts and wise people say “Our Mind is everything”. Though we know, it’s difficult for anyone to go through that phase.

During those turbulent moments, I turn into writing. It’s like chat with myself. When I put my thoughts into words, it’s like magic. It gives me immense confidence, a non-judgemental listener!

Try this out Guys! Writing has always been a powerful tool for me. It’s like a conversation with my own soul.

Upon jotting down my thoughts, the chaos in my mind becomes organized, the emotions find expression, and the confusion transforms into clarity.

Processing Emotions

We all go through – Ups and Downs, Joy and Sorrow, Love and Loss. When we are really happy, our mind feels great. On the other hand, when we are super sad, even our daily routine gets affected. Writing is my way of dealing with all these emotions. It allows me to give a voice to my feelings, express my happiness, frustrations and kind of thoughts.

Organizing the Chaos of Thoughts

People like me, who gets emotional with the loved ones feels overwhelming on difficult situation. It’s hard to explain our feelings at that momentum. Sometimes life is just plain confusing. But when I write, it helps to understand things better. It helps me find to solace in times of grief and celebrate the great moments of joy too.

It drives us to the practical aspects of how to structure my goals, clarify my intentions, and find clarity in the fog of uncertainty.

Self-Discovery and Growth

Writing not only helps us in solving problems; it’s also about discovering who we are. One of the most beautiful aspects of writing is that it’s a journey of self-discovery.

I used to write down if I get criticism at my work place or any comments from the people around me. I use this as my self-analyzing tool. Most of them helped me to know so much about myself. It’s a kind of a mirror that reveals the innermost layers of my being.

It is really great to write our good qualities. It also uncovered hidden facets of my personality and propelled me on a journey of personal growth. Through Journaling, I revisit the past (the journey of everyone’s life), understand the present (how we are right now), and envision the future.

The Journey Continues

In a world that sometimes feels overwhelming, writing is my life-saver. It’s like an art of turning our thoughts into words. It’s a kind of practice that soothes, clarifies and makes sense of the messiness of life. In my Journey, it has been my companion, leads to the path of understanding, growth and connection.

As I am winding up this post, I really wish you all to give a try, even if it’s just a little scribbled note to yourself, everyday. You might discover that it’s a great way to understand your thoughts and feelings better.

More than the self-discovery, professional or personal growth, we find deeper connection to our soul. It makes us a better person than we are now. That’s the power of self-analyzer, the WRITING!
