How To Rise Amidst Juggling Emotions and Duties

In our daily life, there are times when the ache of longing shows up. Even though we are doing our best with our daily tasks, routines, our hearts still feel that mixed feeling.

As I go through my everyday chores, there’s this silent feeling inside comes along. Don’t know how? why? Simple things like doing housework or my job suddenly feel different, FADED! Overwhelming sometimes, as if the memories are painted all over them. Even though these are tough and painful, this shaped me.

Juggling Emotions and Responsibilities:

Sometimes the emotions are like secret ingredients that give flavor to the routine recipe. Our work is the place where you blend duties with feelings, creating a daily dish that’s uniquely yours.
And on the other side, there are many you cannot avoid each day – like your job, chores, and stuff. Amidst of all, this feeling is like a cozy corner where you can take a break and feel safe, like a hiding spot from the hustle. Bring cute little smile to your face.

Handling misjudgment

You know, in our life, there are times when people who mean well might not really understand us. That makes us feel deep down. Hurts much.
But here is the thing: inside ourselves, we all know how strong we are. We have e been through a lot, and we bounce back, like a secret strength.
It helps us to deal with our emotional breakdown. Our job is not to correct each and every one. Just let it go.

In my case, Writing is the safe place. It has been like finding a comfort hideout. It’s a spot where I let out what my heart is saying, a little quiet space in the middle of all the loud stuff I gotta do every day.

A non-judgmental friend of mine!

When I read the my snippets which I wrote same day last year, my face enlightens with the happiness which brings me joy now too. Sometimes these writing changes our mood. For me its like a hack, reading the blissful memories whenever I feel low.

Winding Up..

Being a human is having both things – the stuff which we need to do everyday without fail and the way we feel inside – all mixed up together.
Even when people with us don’t quite get how we feel, that’s okay. We should try to find comfort in the huge empty space. It’s like turning that empty part into something meaningful. That really leads us in creative way.
